TU Affiliate PCL Nursing requirements
Eligibility: Secured at least grade C in C. Mathematics, C. English, and C.Science in S.E.E examination from a recognized academic institution and an average GPA of at least 2.

BACHELOR IN NURSING (BN)
Post Basic Bachelor in Nursing is a three-year program of Nursing Campus, the constituent campus Institute of Medicine (IOM). IOM is affiliated with Tribhuvan University.
This program was of 2 years until 2012 and after 2013, the program was converted into 3 years. The nursing course encompasses theory and practical.

Admission Requirements
Eligibility: The students should pass Proficiency Certificate Level Nursing from University recognized by TU or institutes recognized by TU.
The students should pass a minimum of 50% marks.
The candidates must have at least 2 years of nursing experience after completion of PCL nursing

Admission Criteria
The candidates should pass entrance test conducted by IOM. The candidates are selected on the merit list based on the marks of entrance exam.
Entrance exam: Total Marks: 100 Science 50 English 15 Health/GK 15 Mathematics 20

Eligibility: 50% in PCL Nursing (Staff Nurse) with 2 years of working experience.

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING (B.Sc.Nursing)
B.sc. nursing in Nepal is a 4 years program.
It is available in different colleges affiliated to Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu University, Pokhara University and finally Purbanchal University. 

University and Scholarship
Available in IOM/TU, KU, PU, Purbanchal, BPKIHS and different foreign embassy like Pakistan, India etc
MOE provide full scholarship and University provides partial based on ranking.

Eligibility to study B.Sc. nursing in Nepal
The candidate applying for B.sc nursing in Nepal must be a +2 sciences or I.sc science pass out with English as compulsory subject and biology as a major.

Admissions and important dates for B.Sc. nursing in Nepal

Classes commence: November
Admission criteria: entrance exam

Future Study
You can pursue a different course like M.Sc Nursing, MPH etc.
